Colorado road trip

Colorado road trip

Colorado has so much to offer. I have an aunt who lives in Denver so I have traveled to Colorado at least twenty times.  You can't do all the things in this post in a one week vacation, but I can help you design a super fun road trip through Colorado.  So look through the pictures and choose your vacation!  If planned well this can be a budget vacation!!

What I can do for you:

  •  Direct you to awesome hot springs
  • Find great hiking trails that regular people can hike!
  • Send you to little towns that are near beautiful experiences
  • .
  • Budget

  • Fly into Denver- $150 rt from DFW
  • Hotels will be $125 and up per night
  • Car rental will be $25-40 a day
  • Food will be about $50 pp per day- less if you do picnic lunches or choose hotels that include breakfast.

Hot springs are one of the highlights of a Colorado vacation. Below are pictures of a variety of hot springs....pick out which ones you would enjoy! Some are rustic, some are luxury developed, but all have nice hot water.

There are so many fun activities to fill your days.  Ghost towns, downhill biking, uphill hiking, city biking, rails to trails hiking, fun ladder hiking, holding up rocks and Academies.

White water rafting, sailing, waterfall hikes, and get behind a waterfall hike, great city parks, amazing rock formations, small town lodges and great mountain towns.

I hope you saw some pictures that peaked your interest. Vacations in Colorado have never disappointed us. Contact me at 1960travelgirl@gmail.com
